A Simple, Thoughtful Process
My leadership development process follows three simple phases:
Assess
We gain clarity about what is happening, what you want, and what may be standing in the way.
Your intake and our conversation begin this phase.
Agree
When additional support may be useful, we identify the priorities, define success, and discuss the approach that would best serve you or your organization.
Act
We put the strategy into practice through coaching, leadership development, communication tools, and real-world application.
There is no canned program and no pressure to move forward.
You may leave with enough clarity to take the next step on your own. When I believe ongoing coaching or leadership development could help, I will explain what I recommend and why.
